WEEK 1 TERM 2 2012

This week was a bit different for us as we had ANZAC Day on Wednesday. So we had two days at school, one day off and then two days back again. We have all been busy using the mimio in our class and those that had not used the mimio much before are fast becoming experts!

We have also been learning about position and orientation in maths. Miss Hughes read us  a Hairy Maclary story by Lynley Dodd called Scattercat. We were learning to describe what Hairy Maclary or the other characters were doing by using words such as: through, over, into, on top, under, behind, and around.
